Principal Unreal Engine Generalist

Seedify MetaStudios is looking for a talented and experienced Generalist Game Engineer to join one of the most unique UGC platforms in the games industry: Seedworld. You have a strong knowledge of a variety of game systems implementation with Unreal Engine and experience setting up or collaborating with other engineers implementing multiple systems for scalable game projects.
Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with art, design and development teams ensuring both visual and functional requirements are metImplement diverse game systems for prototyping and beyondOptimise and improve existing systems (including but not limited to gameplay, AI, data management etc)Write clean, efficient and maintainable codeParticipate in code reviewsCreate and maintain technical documentationKeeping up to date knowledge of Unreal Engine and improvementsDebugging and profiling
Experience:Experienced using Unreal Engine 5Experience in delivering timely prototypeExperience working in cross-discipline teamsExperience implementing scalable solutions
Nice to have/Preffered/Bonus skills:Working Knowledge of C++Experience participating in building an MMO, Metaverse or a AAA project in Unreal Engine 5Experience with blockchain projectExperienced in optimising, profiling and debugging in Unreal Engine 5Experience in developing engine editor tools
Team Structure:You will be an integral part of a UE game engineering team (Seedwolrd), working closely with other UE engineers and also in contact with the design and art teams for various core aspects of the game development implementation, or assisting in their implementation along with other engineers.
Location:100% remote
