About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Principal and Senior Full Stack Engineers to contribute to a cross-functional team building transformative AI agents for HR & Finance. This role is crucial in implementing tooling strategies, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring our AI-driven solutions integrate effectively within the Workday stack. Your technical contributions and team-first attitude will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes. You will:

• Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver AI-powered agents that integrate deeply into HR and Financial workflows, accelerating intelligent decision making.

• Participate in a supportive, iterative team culture that values curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices

• Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship

• Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform — from development to production (“you build it, you run it”)

About You

Basic Qualifications:

Principal Software development Engineer:

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering

• 7+ years experience with a web development framework (Python preferred: Flask, Django, or FastAPI)

• 5+ years of experience with React and Typescript for Front End / Full stack development

• 8+ years with a Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience

Sr Software development Engineer:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering

• 5+ years experience with a web development framework (Python preferred: Flask, Django, or FastAPI)

• 5+ years of experience with React and Typescript for Front End / Full stack development

• 5+ years with a Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience

Other Qualifications:

• Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

• Familiarity with the tradeoffs and architecture of modern distributed systems

• Knowledge of software development best practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability)

• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with Elasticsearch
