Position: Principal React Engineer 

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal React Engineer with a specialization in React and TypeScript to lead our front-end development efforts. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our VR training platform.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
• Extend expertise to mobile development and VR applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven expertise in web development, with a track record of successfully delivering web applications preferably related to EdTech, eLearning or ecommerce.
• In-depth knowledge of React and TypeScript, with a preference for experience in JQuery, for maintenance of existing tools and migration, and Rest API.
• Proven experience in building web applications for mobile devices.
• Formal training in a relevant software development or computer science course, or equivalent practical experience that can be demonstrated.
• Strong communication skills in English, facilitating effective collaboration with team members and the ability to delegate tasks appropriately when necessary.
• Practical ability to write clear, concise, and readable code, including experience in testing practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
