- Lead a team of Product Managers and Technical Program Managers across multiple functional areas.
- Design and implement features to extend the Identity & Access Management platform for Microsoft 365 products.
- Define, plan and track product success metrics to ensure business impact.
- Drive strategic decisions and execution to enhance customer experience and security posture.
- Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders, balancing security needs with customer expectations.
- Apply an attacker mindset to all design efforts, ensuring robust protection of customer data stored on Azure.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years people management experience.
- Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across product-level scope.
- Proficient technical background and hands-on experience solving complex engineering challenges.
- Proven ability to communicate and influence at the executive level.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
