Principal Product Manager

What you'll do:

• You will lead a group of passionate engineers to deliver features that are aligned with our vision. This vision is actionable, backed by research, and drives clear ROI for our users and the Company
• You use insightful research and metrics to construct and defend your ideas. You embrace feedback and thrive in an iterative environment
• You are strong communicator presenting your work to all audiences, including executives, and influential in approach
• You are an advocate and a diplomat for design excellence. You understand how design impacts development and vice versa. Your designs should be feasible to implement, and you'll make sure they're developed accurately
• You will collaborate with product managers, technical leads, customers, and other stakeholders to introduce, iterate, and clarify requirements

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree is Business/Marketing/Computer Science or related field
• At least 8+ years of experience in product management
• Experience leading multiple product areas at once
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment
• Values teamwork, and can give and solicit feedback from other teammates in order to continually raise the bar for quality
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines
• Ability to influence both of the product and engineering organizations; ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous problem spaces
• Able to empathize with users and champion their cause throughout the design process

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave. Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees$127,600—$159,500 USD
