What you will do: The Principal Operations Research Analyst will lead advanced analytics projects focused on workforce optimization, labor forecasting, and operational efficiency. This role partners with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

How you will do it:

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex analytical models to solve workforce and operational challenges.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data analysis and modeling.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support ongoing business needs.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in operations research and workforce analytics.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What we look for:

  • Advanced degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations research, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
