Are you ready to join Northrop Grumman? If so, put your experience into working as a member of the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) technical staff. The position supports the US Army IBCS, which is a ground transportable, tactical integrated air and missile defense command and control system. Put your experience to work as a Military Trainer to assist with the implementation and execution of worldwide training operations supporting the US Army customer foreign military sales case, Poland.

This position is located within Huntsville, Alabama with deployments to multiple locations within Poland.

Duties include:

  • Conducts on-site training consisting of lectures, and practical exercises in accordance with approved programs of instruction using lesson plans, instructor guide, electronic technical manuals, interactive electronic technical manuals, student guides, handouts, practical exercise worksheets, and both written and hands-on evaluations.

  • Supports training material developers and writers with review and validation of training materials.

  • Participates in doctrinal development, embedded training scenario development, practical exercise development, test question development and after-action review and analysis.

  • Writes and maintains detailed reports that summarize training event conduct and metrics such as student enrollment, student demographics, student attendance, student pass/fail percentages, suggested improvements to the course materials and training aids, etc.

  • Designs, schedule, delivers, and tracks technical training.

  • Establishes training and education modules.

  • Ensure consistency in the delivery of technical training and on-boarding.

  • Performs maintenance and maintainability demonstrations for customers.

  • Reviews handbooks for technical adequacy.

This position requires extended travel to multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations including Poland. The Principal Military Trainer role requires Security+ and Linux+ certifications within six months from the date of hire.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent with 10 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience.
