- 10+ years of experience in the data engineering and/or analytics field
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- A proven track record of leadership in solving complex data challenges and driving data-driven decision-making and strategy
- The ability to build and maintain data architectures, pipelines, and sets
- Expertise in data mining, data storage, and ETL processes
- SQL, Tableau, Python, BigQuery
