In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to be an analytical, proactive member of the Surgical Offer Development team. You will report to the Manager of Offer Development and act as the liaison between the Sales organization, Marketing and Finance for Offer Development responsibilities including deal structure, profitability, and economic analysis. You will also provide guidance on terms and conditions of non-standard pricing requests, secure applicable approvals, and provide creative solutioning for the Surgical Sales teams. With in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products, pricing programs, and market trends, you will help to manage and establish tactical pricing processes and procedures as well as pricing analytic models. You will interact with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sales and Pricing team members during the deal development process.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• Owns the Offer Development process for non-standard deals, including sales input gathering, financial model creation, synthesis, presentation of content to the Deal Review Committee, and timely communication of outcome to sales organization.
• Key contributor to U.S. business success and achievement of financial objectives.
• Key influencer of pricing and contracting strategy.
• Required to balance the Sales team’s needs with business requirements.
• Prepares and disseminates information with Marketing, Sales and Finance regarding price points, compliance commitments, modifications, etc.
• Expected to attend periodic QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meetings and identify ways to drive continuous improvement within the Offer Development team.
• Empowered and encouraged to drive efficiencies with existing processes and systems.
• Expected to deliver Offer Development training curriculum to the sales organization and other functional groups, as needed.
• Ability to take on stretch assignments.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
• Bachelors degree required with 4+ years experience in Contracts or Pricing
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience
• OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience in Contracts or Pricing.
Nice to Have
• Six Sigma and/or Lean Training and Certification
• Medical device industry experience
