The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you could be working across different year groups and school settings, providing high-quality teaching and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the usual class teacher.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering engaging lessons and following school plans
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
Supporting pupils with their learning
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Adapting to different school settings and year groups
Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
Working positively with school staff

We're Looking For

QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Previous experience teaching in UK primary schools
Strong classroom management skills
A flexible and adaptable approach
Excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for working with children
Reliable and professional
