Primary Care Physician

The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive health care on a daily basis and is expected to provide quality medical care to all patients. The incumbent works independently and on his/her own initiative as a Family Medicine / Practice provider and supports the mission of the facility.

• Requires an active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oklahoma
• 1-2 years experience preferred
• Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
• Knowledge of HIPPA and Privacy Act
• Must be able to pass Osage Nation credentials and privileges requirements
• Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
• Requires a high level of problem solving skills
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
• Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
• Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
• Must be proficient and competent in primary care office procedures, including skin biopsy
• Must be competent and comfortable in pediatric care
• Required: BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
• Must have a clean driving record may be required to drive GSA or Osage Nation vehicles
