Job Description

Working in forms and label print manufacturing plant the Warehouse/Press Assistant 2 is responsible for maintaining and providing various functions in the warehouse including but not limited to:

• Shredding printed documents, maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse including, sweep floor and aisle throughout your scheduled shift.
• Inspect warehouse for unwrapped rolls, missing tappis, damaged rolls and stacking
• Check, fix and re-tape outer wraps if needed on rolls, relabeling, cutting down damage product
• Assist other warehouse personnel as needed to prioritize the receiving of shipments.
• Inspect paper rolls that are received to ensure accuracy of product being received as well as the condition not being damaged.
• Carton/Box making as needed
• Assist Press service personnel and Material handlers as needed.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work with limited supervision to complete required tasks on a daily basis
• Will train to operate a fork truck, clamp truck, and walker/ryder.

Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm)

Sign on Bonus: $1000

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.68 - $19.50 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay. Qualifications

Previous experience in a printing environment preferred
Some experience in the operation of various hand tools preferred
Must be able to work in a team environment
