Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a passionate, skilled, and detail-oriented event-based part-time Prep Cook to join our Culinary team. This position supports our designated VIP spaces, Bunker, Platinum, and Admiral kitchens, where culinary excellence, consistency, and exceptional guest service are at the heart of every event. The ideal candidate is committed to preparing high-quality menu items while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and sanitation. Essential Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality food items in accordance with standardized recipes, production schedules, and presentation standards.
Execute a variety of cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, baking, and finishing dishes to specification.
Ensure all menu items are prepared with consistency, proper portioning, and exceptional presentation while maintaining quality and flavor standards.
Taste and evaluate prepared food to ensure quality, seasoning, and consistency before service.
Prepare meals for service or delivery while maintaining proper food temperatures and adhering to HACCP and food safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift, following all local, state, federal, and company health regulations.
