NEIS is seeking an Auditor Trainer/QA Reviewer as we continue to grow our team! Auditor Trainer/QA Reviewers help train new auditors to NEIS and act as a mentor during their training period.

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in conducting either classroom or virtual training sessions for new hires as needed
- Conduct quality review of the trainees’ work as they complete audits during the training process
- Provide review-mentoring for new hires that complete the training program as they progress
- Provide feedback to the new hire’s manager and training management based on the trainee’s progress
- Assist with regular review work as necessary
- Assist as a back- up as necessary to the field rep inquiry help desk
- Minimum of 7-8 years in premium audit as a field auditor or reviewer with some experience training field auditors
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior training experience

- Salary is $65,000 - $75,000 per year (DOE)
