Pre/Post Field Manager

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Pre/Post Field Manager to work our DHS Program. Candidates must have an active Top Secret level security clearance to be considered. Come join our award-winning organization and work with the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry.

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform review and control activities to promote the highest standards for quality in reports of investigation (ROI) delivered to our customers.  

  • Ensure all team members assigned cases are scoped within required timeframes. 

  • Lead and manage a team of Case Analysts.  Monitor the workload of each team member to ensure they are properly managing their cases. 

  • Moniter suspense dates. If they have passed, reach out make sure the Reviewers are reaching out for updates.  

  • Coordinate with the Case Assigners on identifying leads that need to be assigned. Reach out to the Assigner and ask for help. Communication is key. 

  • Ensure team members are utilizing the All-In list to help manage their workload. 

  • Have regular communication with the Pre/Post Field Team to ensure everyone understands the programs goals and expectations.    

  • Solicit suggestions from team on how to improve processes and efficiencies. 

  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly customer reports.  These include, but not limited to, Invoices, overdue cases, TESI report, Waiver report, and statistical report. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Six (6) or more years of experience in the personnel security investigations or background investigations field and demonstrate general knowledge of background investigations policies and procedures.

  • At least 5 years of experience writing ROI's for the DHS customer.
  • Strong sense of customer service, teamwork attitude, and impeccable work ethic, including a “can-do” attitude

  • Deep sense of mission and commitment in support of national security

  • Ability to be flexible with investigator communications

  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, MS Word) and Adobe

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, and with great attention to detail
