JOB PURPOSE

 

Responsible for the correct handling of goods in store.

Care of the product and compliance with KPIs, guidelines and company procedures.

It manages the warehouse team in order to guarantee an efficient and collaborative support to the front office staff, and minimizing the inventory losses.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines;
  • Ensures the day-to-day management of goods receipt, storage in line with company procedures and prepares the products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas optimizing the timing efficiency;
  • Ensures that shop-to-shop and returns transfers are compliant with company guidelines and timelines;
  • Manages the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service levels;
  • Manages the flow of the damaged products;
  • Manages the flow of the not sellable product (On Hold, Consignment ...);
  • Manages the flow of products under repair.;
  • Manages and organizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT systems;
  • Manages and organizes system Display objects;
  • Manages the correct Uniforms flow;
  • Manages the correct flow of Gifts;
  • Guarantees the correct protection and the correct packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers including E-Commerce shipments;
  • Ensures that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced;
  • Ensures prompt investigation in the event of system negatives;
  • Ensures the correct flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system;
  • Organizes, manages and executes the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company timing;
  • Manages warehouse activities related to sales;
  • Ensures security and cleanliness of the warehouse;
  • Guarantees the operational coverage during the working hours based on the Store Manager needs;
  • Optimizes and rationalizes all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager);
  • Supports Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborates with the Visual Merchandising team in case of need;
  • Maintains contacts and relationships with the providers used;
  • Keeps updates and organizes the archive on a monthly basis;
  • Ensures confidentiality regarding alarm codes and ensures that the warehouse is managed according to security guidelines;
