Job Description
Your role
• Ownership of high level strategic functional design and delivery of solutions to clients
• Coordinate with the Project Manager during project setup, on-boarding and planning activities.
• Oversee Business Analysts gathering business requirements and translate them into a technical solution
• Work with off-shore teams for solution architecture, estimates, delivery etc.
• Create key architecture documentation and deliverables
• Design report specifications for clients Salesforce reports
• Lead team of architects as needed to drive end to end solution delivery taking full responsibility of Salesforce.com solutions.
• Update management team on overall project, risks, and technology issues and propose suitable alternatives.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer materials
Job Description - Grade Specific
Your skills and experience
• Experience aligning SFDC technologies with both, prospect business goals and technical requirements.
• Technical and business requirements gathering, and effective positioning of SFDC solutions to meet those requirements.
• Experience in developing and delivering demonstrations to senior level personnel.
• Experience managing offshore development resources, tasks including configuration, customization, data migration, integration)
• Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
• At least 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience (at least 4 as a Solutions Architect)
• Salesforce certifications or working toward certification
• End-to- end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects
• Significant Consulting/client facing background
• Participation in each phase of at least five full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $97,700-$203,800.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
