Practice Integration Director

The Practice Integration Director will lead a regional team of Practice Integration Liaisons (GPi) to drive the growth and adoption of interventional glaucoma treatment approaches across targeted ophthalmic practices. This leader will partner closely with Area Directors in Glaucoma, Corneal Health, and Strategic Accounts, ensuring alignment of business strategies and execution excellence to meet commercial objectives.

The Director will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and coaching the GPi team, fostering strong relationships with key ophthalmic and optometric customers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement across the region. The role requires deep understanding of glaucoma practice dynamics, business operations, and clinical pathways, along with the ability to translate strategy into field execution.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing GPi field team
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, and Strategic Accounts to optimize regional opportunities
  • Drive account onboarding, business reviews, and practice development initiatives
  • Identify market trends, challenges, and competitive dynamics
  • Represent the organization at key ophthalmic meetings and training events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15+ years of sales/marketing experience (ophthalmic industry preferred)
  • Proven success in leading, training, and coaching field teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (SFDC preferred) and Microsoft Office
