We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician/Cleaner to join our friendly team at the beautiful Ka’anapali Ali’i in Lahaina, Hawai’i. Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Skim, vacuum, and brush pools to keep them crystal clear
• Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, etc.)
• Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters)
• Report any issues or needed repairs
• Keep accurate service logs
• Ensure pool furniture is clean, organized, and in good condition

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have 1 year of pool maintenance experience.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
• Basic mechanical or plumbing skills a plus.
• CPR Certification and First Aid Certification a plus.
• Must have the ability to manage time effectively.
• Must have the ability to problem solve.
• Must work with minimal supervision and manage a routine schedule.
• Be pro-active in approach to problem resolution.
• Possession of a valid Hawaii driver’s license and be insurable within the CoralTree Residence Collection system.
