Policy Analyst - Mid

<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have:<br><br></strong>We are seeking a Mid-Level Policy Analyst to support strategic planning, policy operations, governance, and process improvement initiatives supporting Intelligence Community mission operations.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Be Owning:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Research and analyze operational data and policy requirements.</li> <li>Support development of reports, strategic recommendations, and executive briefings.</li> <li>Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder engagements, and action tracking.</li> <li>Support policy review, compliance activities, and governance initiatives.</li> <li>Assist with business process improvement and operational modernization efforts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Must Have:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in policy analysis, business operations, program management, or related field.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.</li> <li>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Would Be Nice to Have:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.</li> <li>Experience supporting governance or continuity initiatives.</li> <li>Experience with process improvement methodologies.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Pay Range:&nbsp;</strong>At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.<br>We’re proud to offer a work environment that empowers our team to achieve a strong work-life balance.
