Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Poland LTAMDS Programs Director. As the Director, you will provide team leadership across the program office and performing organizations for radar and support equipment delivery and sustainment of Poland LTAMDS. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. A critical element of this role will be leading a large, complex program across multiple contract vehicles that spans development, production and sustainment. You should possess product, domain, and industry knowledge with a focus on collaboration across multiple program and product offices.

What You Will Do

  • Set the strategy, vision and tactical direction for Poland LTAMDS radar and sustainment programs execution
  • Responsible for Poland programs Profit & Loss (P&L). Includes achieving program financial metrics by setting and meeting business execution targets in support of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP)
  • Develop and maintain positive and influential relationships with their customer counterparts, within the U.S. Government Project Office and Poland Ministry of National Defense
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mission assurance, and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate program status, challenges, and decisions to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, earned value metrics, EACs, and financial performance
  • Establish and maintain key program metrics, define program milestones/critical path/tactical direction and performance to program budgets and schedules
  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, develop controls and reports that accurately measure progress, identify potential problems in time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments 
  • Oversee cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure alignment and performance in accordance with program objectives
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have  

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience
  • Program leadership or similar operations leadership experience
  • Experience briefing business executives and senior customer representatives.
  • Experience managing risk, cost, quality, and schedule on production programs
  • Experience in program capture and proposal 

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program Management Level 3 Certification or ability to obtain (provisional) within 90 days
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and ability to analyze and evaluate missions, requirements, technologies and capabilities 
  • Demonstrated complex program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
  • Strong proficiency in developing and presenting Strategic Plans, AOP, Technology Roadmaps, and planning to senior management, and responsibility for executing approved plans 
  • Ability to manage, track and report metrics and progress throug
