The Role

As a Poker Video Creator (Contractor) at WPT Global, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging, short-form video skits for social media that capture the excitement, humour, and community spirit of poker. You’ll manage the full creative process — from concept to final edit — bringing poker culture to life through storytelling, visuals, and trend-savvy content.

This is a freelance, fully remote position, ideal for a creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands poker deeply, and knows how to entertain diverse audiences through short-form video.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing high-quality, short-form video content for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong understanding of poker gameplay, terminology, and community culture.
• Proficiency in videography and industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent quality.
• A portfolio or examples of past work are required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Design: Develop fresh, humorous skit ideas and write compelling scripts aligned with brand promotions and social trends.
• Production: Manage all aspects of filming, lighting, and audio to ensure professional-quality visuals and sound.
• Editing & Graphics: Edit raw footage, incorporate music, sound effects, and motion graphics to deliver polished, shareable videos.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Work with the internal marketing team to publish content, track performance, and continuously optimise for engagement.
