Job Description

PMO Technical Assistant assists the project management office on administrative and technical tasks, and reports directly to PMO Head.
 

Responsibilities
 

• providing administrative support to project and functional managers 
• creating and maintaining policies and templates   
• facilitating resource planning activities across all Engineering projects
• conducting monthly audits of company's project portfolio 
• collecting project metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any technical field
• fluent level of English, both spoken and written
• advanced level of Russian
• strong user experience with Jira and Confluence
• experience in IT, understanding of SDLC
• experience with Excel formulas, VBA would be a plus
• high attention to details with highly developed communication skills
