Position Overview: PMIC Staff Technician

As a Staff Technician, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are:

This position assists the Inpatient Leadership Team to ensure preliminary review and completion of all documentation of series in a timely manner including but not limited to daily logs, shift notes, change over, incident reports behavior management and bed checks. As a Staff Technician you will ensure all Youth Service Workers are providing supervision for youth effectively utilizing trauma sensitive interventions and restorative practices to achieve safety, stability, and healing.

QualificationsQualifications


Must be 20 years of age
High School Diploma
At least one year of prior experience working with children in a professional setting
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work


Required Special Qualifications:


Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or eligible to become certified within three (3) months of hire
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays
