A little about this position:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Handles general building maintenance work orders as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience.
• Construction and service experience required.
• Professional certifications preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of building systems including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and overall physical plant.
• Extensive knowledge of the California Plumbing Code.
• Strong communications – interpersonal skills / customer relations.
• Available to work evenings and weekends as required at times.
• Ability to operate company vehicles and machinery – Must have a valid CA driver’s license

​Hourly pay rate: $34.38 to $39.03
