Plumber - Part Time

Primary Responsibilities:
Operates, installs, troubleshoots and repairs all plumbing, pipefitting, refrigeration related plumbing or pipefitting and other fluid-related systems. Works from engineering drawings, sketches and other specifications. Measures, cuts, threads and installs pipes and fittings using hand and power tools. Completes calculations and measurements to ensure pipes function correctly. Performs ordering and estimating of jobs. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Requires a Plumbing certification, Journeyman's card or relevant vocational degree.
• Requires knowledge of basic plumbing practices.
• Requires ability to read and interpret information from blueprints, schematics and diagrams.
• Requires current knowledge of various federal, state, local, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Joint Commission codes and regulations.
• May be required to furnish own hand tools.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
