Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in East Grinstead.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems.
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently.
Maintain hot and cold water services, sanitaryware, pipework, valves, pumps, and associated plumbing systems.
Undertake routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating safely and effectively.
Carry out minor mechanical maintenance where required.

About You

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent recognised qualification).
Previous experience in a building maintenance or facilities management environment.
Strong knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Experience working on commercial building services.
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
