Job Overview
The Platform Account Manager, Platform Operations is responsible for day-to-day client relations with self-service clients utilizing the Magenta Advertising Platform. As a member of a cross-functional team, the Customer Success Manager serves as the initial point of contact for a self-service account, supporting client needs and organizing communication and ongoing relationship milestones. This role serves as the voice of the client within T-Ads and has an understanding of past, current, and upcoming client initiatives and strategizes how to best service their needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Platform Operations team to ensure client KPIs are achieved and reported through the use of the Magenta Advertising Platform.
  • Own and maintain client communications associated with Platform usage, client success, and best practices for maintaining and growing client satisfaction.
  • Establish operating rhythms to best support client success and platform usage growth.
  • Coordinate and lead client communication milestones including, but not limited to, Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly/bi-weekly status meetings, product roll-out training.
  • Service as an internal voice of the customer in support of platform and operating improvements.


Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Less than 2 years - Marketing, or media Management. Experience working with Digital Ads Products.
  • Less than 2 years - Agency background and knowledge of programmatic and Digital OOH landscape


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Digital Strategy Understanding of the industry's challenges, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advancing forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. (Required)
  • Competitive Analysis Effective organizational, analytical and influencing skills. (Required)

    Base Pay Range: $63,800 - $115,100

    Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
