Hercules Site Services is looking for ADT, 360 excavator and Dozer Operators to support our client Blackwells, with the earthworks on Sizewell C. 

Main Duties: 

 

• Operating plant, levelling, pushing material, and preparing sites as per client requirements.
• Conduct pre-start checks and daily maintenance to ensure the machines are in a safe and efficient working condition.
• Work closely with site supervisors, surveyors, and other operators to ensure that all tasks are completed safely. 
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and site-specific regulations.
• Monitor and manage material movement.
• Exposure to a variety of projects, including infrastructure, earthworks, and environmental remediation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Use GPS and machine control systems (if applicable) to achieve accurate grading and earthworks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily tasks and equipment use.

Qualifications/Experience :

 

• CPCS Blue Card for relevant machine (essential).
• Experience operating plant on Infrastructure projects. 
• Proven ability to operate plant machinery either ADT, Excavators and/or Dozers of various sizes and types.
• You will undergo DBS vetting for this position.
