Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in water or wastewater treatment.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous.
