MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Planning Future Current Operations Specialists to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Dallas Texas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversees the synchronization of complex logistics lifecycles including deliberate planning, procurement, and distribution strategies.
- Authorize strategic logistics models to optimize resource allocation across global networks.
- Validate the efficiency of operational workflows to ensure mission readiness and long-term sustainability.
- Manages the integration of future and current logistics operations to support mission objectives in contested environments.
- Authorize the development of Contingency Plans for expeditionary logistics across the Pacific region.
- Serve as the final Technical Authority for logistics synchronization during multinational theater exercises and crisis response.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.
Minimum Qualifications:
Lead Level
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of experience).
- Must demonstrate Strategic Authority in operational planning and act as the Functional Lead for program-level logistics deliverables.
Senior Level
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of experience).
- Must demonstrate experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for operational planning deliverables.
