About This Role:Role Overview: Tria is seeking a Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) functional analyst to support the Application and related Modules. The Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) is a web-based e-Business suite that provides a single sign-on for multiple applications used by Contractors and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel to perform day-to-day contract and invoice related duties. The PIEE functional analyst will provide programmatic, functional, documentation, communication and other support services for all web applications / modules associated with PIEE. The person in this role should have previous experience supporting users with applications; providing training, and creating documentation on the application (SOPs, How Tos, etc). It is preferable if the application experience is with acquisition or invoicing applications and experience with supporting users and vendors accessing the system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Functional Application Support on the PIEE Application and related modules.
- Develop expertise on the operational capabilities of the PIEE Module upgrades; understanding the functional capabilities of the future upgrades, and monitoring the functional deficiencies of the system.
- Participate in PIEE Application testing and workgroup meetings.
- Provide remote support to the Navy Medicine PIEE sites. The support may include providing supplemental help for system users, assistance with process documentation, and briefings for site personnel and management. Telephonic support shall be captured in an electronic Call Log and made available to the COR on the first of each month.
