Summary of Job Duties:

The Physician Relations Liaison at UAMS will play a critical role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with community physicians to support targeted hospital and specialty service line growth goals. This position requires a dynamic professional who can act as a bridge between physicians and UAMS service lines, proactively identifying needs, presenting value-added solutions, and driving engagement. The Liaison will work closely with leadership to track and achieve growth metrics, address challenges, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex professional relationships.
