Napa Valley Care Center is seeking dedicated, patient-focused Physical Therapists to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life. We provide post-acute, long-term, and rehabilitation care in a collaborative, supportive setting where your expertise truly matters.

Your Impact:
As a Physical Therapist at Napa Valley Care Center, you will:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible outcomes

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques

Qualifications:

• Current California PT license in good standing

• Experience in post-acute/skilled nursing setting preferred, but new grads welcome

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Compassion and dedication to enhancing residents’ quality of life
