Your Responsibilities:
Implement physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence
Provide rehab support post-surgery, injury, or illness
Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care as needed
Educate residents and families on rehab techniques and mobility strategies
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to regulatory standards
Deliver care in a compassionate, respectful, and supportive manner
Qualifications:
Active Wisconsin PTA license
Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
A passion for working with older adults
Dependable and flexible team player

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant.
Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
