Lead business line support responsibilities on behalf of the Administrative Services department. You will provide support for a medium to large portfolio of business operations. Lead staff, operations, strategies and initiatives to achieve in strategic initiatives, analytics, communication, financial plans and financial operations. Collaborate with the business line leadership and Bank, tenant, and System partners to align and meet needs. The level of work is considered advanced. You will have direct reports. You will report to the Law Enforcement Administrative Service Business Manager.

You will:

Strategy

  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships throughout the Bank and System by providing advanced solutions, advice, and consultation to meet strategic and financial objectives.
  • Provide input on strategy (tactics), communications, technology and attainment of objectives to improve functions and business line effectiveness.
  • Provide consultation and integration strategies regarding business processes for high priority initiatives / program efforts.
  • Design and help manage strategic and financial planning process for business lines by assessing business opportunities, changes, and challenges.
  • Provide input on technology strategy, use, and implementation of information systems that align with District, System and Industry standards to use data more effectively.

Operations

  • Assist with leading medium to long-term plans, projects, and budgets to ensure cost management and stewardship operations.
  • Help lead business support responsibilities to provide reporting, communication and financial management.
  • Perform and present financial, process, and business analysis and presentations for partners.
  • Assist with risk management and compliance review for functions and business lines.
  • Support system workgroups by providing analytical support and ad hoc studies, reports, and surveys.
  • Be the central point of contact for business lines to ensure holistic approach.
  • Improve our technology to meet compliance requirements, solve our needs and provide data to make better decisions.

Talent Management

  • Evaluate staff performance, determine development opportunities, and make hiring and termination decisions.
  • Manage professional employees and supervise small-medium sized operational team(s).
  • Has accountability for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
  • Provide input and adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 to 7 years of related experience.
  • 5 to 7 years' experience with physical access controls, or security systems preferred.
  • Strong ability to partner with and challenge executive leaders.
  • Strong ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent project management skills, including establishing performance metrics and milestones, and managing multiple projects at multiple stages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with financial modeling tools, current technology and software applications including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and databases.
  • Apply broad knowledge of principles and procedures of the field of specialization to the completion of assignments.
