Team Forte, DaVita's corporate physical security team, is seeking a strategic and autonomous Physical Security Manager. This position will report to the physical security director and manage strategic initiatives and data analytics to secure and optimize DaVita's physical security. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be expected to manage multiple competing priorities effectively. This Manager will be a creative and analytical problem solver, taking a leading role in shaping DaVita's physical security needs alongside senior leaders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple department functions to assemble large data sets and supporting insights (stakeholder functions include finance, real estate, design and construction, and facilities)
- Own and direct the full lifecycle of financial modeling (and all related deliverables) that focuses on physical security programs and risk-based portfolio management.
- Autonomously develop and present ad-hoc analyses and lead planning activities related to DaVita's corporate physical security strategy.
- Proactively identify and implement new tools and methodologies to automate reporting processes and analytics that will allow the organization to scale and innovate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics at a top undergraduate program; Master’s Degree (MBA) a plus
- A demonstrated ability to produce error-free, high-impact deliverables with minimal oversight and a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience in corporate physical security, finance, and/or strategy
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and persuasion skills with proven success making decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Adept at quickly building trust and maintaining stakeholder relationships across different corporate departments in multiple locations.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce error-free deliverables with minimal oversight
- Advanced skills in Excel modeling and report building.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI).
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Online a plus.
