JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Physical and Mathematical Sciences Library seeks an individual to provide assistance with the Patent & Trademark Resource Center for the fall 2024 semester.
 

Responsibilities include assisting with the creation of web tutorials; assisting with basic website updating; performing miscellaneous duties related to outreach programming, and projects assigned by full-time staff.

Experience with web-based assets or library experience is preferred. A willingness to learn is also preferred. Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills required. Requires the ability to follow directions and keep a schedule. Must be willing to work a combination of evening, weekend and daytime hours and be a dependable team player.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
