About the Job:

Responsible for the handling of photo samples, including prepping and styling for upcoming ecom and marketing photo shoots, as well as repackaging. Maintains the product log where all studio inventory is housed and can be accessed by different teams. Also assists photographer in actual shooting of product, as well as organization of studio and styling areas.

                                                                      *This role is based out of our Studio within the Distribution Center in Groveport, Ohio

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

• Prepping & Styling Product (Steaming, tying shoes, preparing hung shirts, repackaging and boxing to DC and HQ, etc)
• Coordinating with Photo Sample Coordinator on requesting & managing samples
• Consistently keeping up to date with the Sample Doc and launch calendars skus to make sure priority styles are being prepped first.
• Assisting photographer w/ lighting & camera equipment
• Assisting in photographing product (tees, jewelry, shoes, hats, etc)
• Communicating with cross-functional teams at HQ and photographer.
• Organization of studio and incoming / outgoing product samples / prep station & materials
• Response swiftly to urgent requests for high priority projects.

 

What it takes to Join:

• Advanced Excel and Word experience
• 1 year sample coordinating/styling experience
• Basic photography skills required to shoot
• Internet experience
• Intermediate-level user of Capture One
• Ability to work as a team member
• Training experience helpful

 

Salary Range: $43,181 - $46, 363 Non Exempt

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms.

• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
• Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
• Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.
• Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

 

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
