About the Role:Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care in a warm, friendly environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA 
• Previous experience in home health care or personal care assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to  assist clients with mobility.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.

Compensation: $19.65 - $22.00 per hour
