Title: Performance Tester with Cloud
Location: Fort Mill, SC & Austin, TX (Onsite - Hybrid)
Duration: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, SREs, Support & Dev-Ops to assess monitoring and performance improvement areas and promote resolution of issues.
- Assist with driving monitoring and observability standards to improve consumer experience of critically important applications, services, and business processes with a solid focus on the end-to-end journey.
- Create and implement performance test scripts, cases, and scenarios that will validate system performance according to workflow and load specifications as well as lead trouble shooting and tuning exercises.
- Test and analyze performance, and work with multi-functional teams to identify bottlenecks across multiple layers of the system and their root cause, impacts on production infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in technical role delivering Performance Engineering Solutions.
- Good communication skills. With the ability to effectively, communicate ideas and technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Performance testing experience with public cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP using tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter.
- Hands-on experience in building robust performance test suites in JMeter/Blazemeter.
- Implement CI/CD for Performance as part of the End-to-End Enterprise Pipeline.
- Experience with DevOps / Orchestration Tools like: Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Kubernetes and Docker
- Must be efficient and flexible to work with multiple teams across different locations and time zones
