Location: The ideal candidate would live within commutable distance to one of our office locations. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. The Performance Quality Analyst I will be responsible for driving service quality excellence by evaluating the quality of services and interactions provided by organizations within the enterprise. Included are processes related to enrollment and billing and claims processing, as well as customer service written and verbal inquiries.

How you will make an impact:

• Assists higher level auditor/lead on work as assigned, including performing special audits and targeted audits as requested by internal management.

• Analyze data and develop performance reports to support departmental goals and objectives.

• Document audit results, record findings, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

• Monitor and track the impact of improvement efforts on management, clinical staff, and associate performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Provide administrative support to the management team and assist in coordinating department events and activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a BS/BA; 2+ years related experience in an enrollment and billing, claims and/or customer contact automated environment (preferably in healthcare or insurance sector); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), strongly preferred.

• Process improvement experience is strongly preferred.

• Reporting and analytics skills are strongly preferred.

• Experience with Tableau and dashboard creation is highly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $25.21 to $39.46.
