Regions Behavioral Health is seeking an Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our team in providing treatment services within our new and growing outpatient substance use disorder program. This program is co-located within one of our established mental health clinics with access to direct referrals and consults. As an Alcohol & Drug Counselor, you are responsible for providing substance use disorder services including, but not limited to, assessments, treatment planning, coordination and individual and group sessions. Our LADC will create and monitor individualized treatment plans, provide individual group and family counseling to patients 18 years and older with substance use problems, and performs related duties as assigned.

Location: Woodbury, MN
Salary Range: $25.14 - $37.71 hourly
Required Qualifications:
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in substance use disorder counseling, human services, social work, or related field and graduation from an accredited substance use counselor training program
Licensure:
•MN Licensed Alcohol & Drug counselor (LADC) through MN Board of Behavioral Health (BBHT)
Experience:
•At least one (1) year of experience providing substance use services including individual and group counseling to individuals with substance use disorder.
