As a People Partner, you will be a key figure in nurturing our company culture and ensuring our people strategies align with our business goals. You will work closely with your Global People Partner, management, and employees across our Customer Organizations to provide strategic HR guidance, support talent management, and enhance employee engagement. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, included, and equipped to excel.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to management on all things related to HR, including organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development. In partnership with the Global People Partner, ensure alignment and collaboration for your assigned client groups.
Talent Management: Participate in performance management and employee development programs. Implement strategies to retain and develop top talent and drive the development of a high-performing organization.
Employee Relations: Serve as a contact for employee relations issues in your client groups. Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and ensuring fair treatment.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to cultivate an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued and reflected at all company levels.
Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making, track progress against HR objectives, and identify areas for improvement across the business. Share team metrics with the leaders to develop action plans for improvement and growth.
Change Management: Provide guidance on change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to support the organization through changes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of HR-related work experience, preferably with a technology company, with strong experience partnering with leadership teams to align HR goals with organizational goals.
Experience working with global organizations in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
Experience working for a company as a remote employee.
Exceptional full-cycle HR knowledge and experience. Proven Ability to design and implement people practices that drive engagement and performance across the organization.
Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives that contribute to business goals.
Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills in a fast-growing environment, while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
Highly developed in taking initiative and resourcefulness.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets in Excel and Google spreadsheets are preferred. A strong understanding of using HR metrics to drive organizational performance is also a plus.
Experience collaborating with peers to ensure a consistent approach and communication on employment matters and programs
Familiarity with HRIS systems and other standard HR tools

Get oriented with Docker, our virtues, how we work, and where we’re headed.
Build relationships with key stakeholders across Go-to-Market (GTM) and broader People team.
Start supporting the day-to-day needs of your client group, with guidance from your Global People Partner as needed.
Dive into our HR systems and tools so you can confidently navigate the data and workflows.
Shadow employee relations conversations and talent processes to understand tone, approach, and best practices.
Begin reviewing relevant DEI programs, performance cycles, and employee engagement data.
In the first three months, you will be expected to
Identify opportunities to streamline or improve people processes based on what you see and hear.
Confidently support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and performance management check-ins.
