Requirements

• Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and craft People strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Implement employee engagement strategies to cultivate a positive work environment and improve retention rates.
• Provide insights through data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
• Identify training needs and foster continuous development opportunities.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to strengthen our commitment to an equitable workplace.
• Stay informed about industry trends and People best practices to ensure Cyberbit remains an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on business partnering, preferably in the tech sector.
• Strong understanding of HR legislation and compliance within the US.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record in driving organizational change and managing complex HR projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
