What You’ll Be Doing

As a People Operations Generalist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Employee Support & Compliance – Maintain personnel files, respond to unemployment claims, and keep up with employment law updates.
✅ Benefits Administration – Oversee health benefits, 401(k) enrollment, and wellness programs.
✅ Training & Development – Prepare and deliver supervisor skills training and safety programs.
✅ Workplace Safety & Compliance – Ensure OSHA and DOT regulations are met and assist in safety policy development.
✅ Leave & Workers’ Compensation – Manage leave cases and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims.
✅ Engagement & Culture – Be a go-to resource for employee inquiries and support company-wide HR initiatives.

Base Salary Range: $49,708/yr - $59,889/yr. This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
