As a Project Management Intern in our Product Portfolio Office, you will help Trimble navigate a massive portfolio of over 100+ innovative products, from AI-driven recruitment tools to leadership development programs, ensuring our global teams deliver value through cutting-edge technology and strategic workforce planning.

In this role, you will gain high-visibility experience by directly supporting executive-level AI priorities and managing the lifecycle of diverse HR products. You will act as a strategic partner in a "Connect & Scale" environment, helping to shape how a global technology leader uses automation to revolutionize the employee experience through data-driven insights.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
• Support the activation of 2026 AI priorities by maintaining high-level visibility dashboards and accountability check-ins for executive sponsors.
• Orchestrate the lifecycle mapping of over 100+ People Experience products to ensure strategic alignment across global business segments.
• Synthesize complex utilization data to identify adoption patterns and proactively reduce user friction within the talent portfolio.
• Capture the "Voice of the Customer" by engaging with global stakeholders to ensure digital tools meet real-world business needs.
• Manage critical project documentation and action items that drive quarterly alignment for Center of Excellence leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
• A strategic interest in how AI and automation are driving a paradigm shift in the future of work.
• Strong executive-level writing skills with the ability to be concise and data-driven.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points For
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Miro.
• Previous experience in a global or matrixed corporate environment.
