THE ROLE

As a People Partner, we seek a team player who will act as a trusted advisor for the business and all teams, you are also someone who aligns with our company culture, values, and mission! You will support leaders and team members during their cycle at Indie Campers. 

This role is to work from our HQ in Lisbon, with contact with our other regions to support and foster growth.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Act as a first point of contact concerning all HR topics and be a strategic partner of the Business;
• Preparing Strategic Reports by discovering strategic insights from data, guiding informed and innovative decisions;
• Managing the Organizational Structure by guaranteeing the quality of the data in the HR management system, ensuring a solid basis for agile and effective organizational decisions;
• Support Talent Development by actively collaborating in identifying and developing talent, aligning individual capabilities with strategic business goals;
• Mapping Processes for Efficiency by creating, documenting, and optimizing processes, with clear and efficient procedures that drive operational excellence;
• Manage Contract Management. You’ll be responsible for managing contract renewals and other organizational changes, ensuring compliance and consistency in all contractual aspects;
• Supporting Compensation and Benefits by being the essential support point in activities related to compensation and benefits, promoting employee well-being and satisfaction;
• Assure transversal support by being ready to embrace diverse challenges and offer support in interdepartmental initiatives, boosting synergy and collaboration throughout the organization.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience as a People Business Partner;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Proficiency knowledge of Excel;.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
• You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;

 

This is a hybrid role, 4x per week in our HQ in Marquês de Pombal.
