PC Technician

Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a PC Technician in Ann Arbor, MI. This is a 1st shift onsite opportunity. The opportunity is based on a contract basis offering great benefits.

 

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused PC Technician to support our daily IT operations.  This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys hands-on tasks and interacting with end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for basic IT support, hardware distribution, and general troubleshooting in a dynamic workplace environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Assist employees with basic IT needs, including setting up projectors or peripheral devices
• Issue equipment such as mice, headsets, or chargers to users as needed
• Collect old mobile devices and issue replacements following standard procedures
• Provide basic printer troubleshooting and escalate issues as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to both technical and non-technical users
• Perform other routine IT tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

• 1–2 years of IT or PC technician experience in a professional environment
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and general hardware support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision
• A positive attitude and willingness to assist end users with patience and professionalism
