What You’ll Do

As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll work closely with our Payroll Lead to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing payroll and auditing timecards to ensure accuracy.
Handling employee payroll inquiries related to direct deposit, taxes, W-2s, and earnings statements.
Managing payroll records and updating logs.
Submitting agency payroll, worker’s compensation reports, and EDD/SSA audit forms.
Approving timecards, tracking time-off requests, and resolving missing punches.
Assisting with year-end payroll tasks and employee verifications.
Sorting and distributing payroll checks.

What We’re Looking For

1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Payroll (preferred but not required).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Spreadsheets).
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
A high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
